Yep... you guessed it!

I got two Winter Whites!! :mrgreen:

They are the cutest little things, one is bigger that the other, they are both normal males :)

The smaller one is very inquisitive, and has been exploring ever since i got him! and Mr.Lazy bum has been in his bed asleep :mad: So he defiantly has chubster potential (i feel a comp coming on ;))

They are both from Rowntrees, i think they may be pure... i dont know!

They both have started to develop their winter coats <3

Pictures will be up once they have settled, i also need some 'natural' name ideas :D

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! Gorgeous!! Cute! Adorable!!! I love them!!

And by looking at them Mark they look very much like our WW's facially. Their agouti coats do seem lighter especially Raisin's face. :)

I bet they are over the moon they have a new hammy daddy, they are in the best of hands. sorry i have no advice on fighting as i've only ever had syrians....I suppose if the worst came to the worst you have another D.I.Y project to attend to..hope it doesnt come to that tho...

OH dear Mark that's not good. Maybe just keep a close eye on them all day. If they fight again you'll gave to think about separating them. Seems a shame though. Do you have a spare cage you could use?

i think it might of just been a one off, i had put in a SS and a Flying Saucer, but not two of each (i just wanted too see if thy are ok until the new ones i ordered arrive) But i took them both out.
And i have a Cambridge spare!

They are all of Raisin... Rum was fast asleep :roll:

(Mel, they are quite easy to tell apart, Rum is bigger and lighter (because of his winter coat) and Raisin is smaller and darker)

I cant believe how tame they are, you just put your hand in and they jump on :mrgreen:

Oooh so lovely, i love the pics of them together. I just have one lonely WW Spock, also male, but he seems quite happy. He is also sometimes sleeping in the substrate so dont worry. I just arranged his cage (Cambridge) and he is slowly making total mess again...
Really nice hamster desk, but i would be worried they would pee all over the notebook sooner or later, haha:D My hamster usually doesnt pee in the playpen, but you never know!:D

Slightly worried, every time Raisin goes near Rum, Rum squeaks at him and goes on his back defensively. they don't right just squeak at each other.

that is Rum submissing to raisin, its their way of showing they mean no harm to each other and like "your the boss"
Its normally when you have hamsters that both try to be dominant that you get major problems, so its good they are sorting themselves out in the 'pecking order' so to speak.
Peggy and Dot did this all the time (Dot being the one submissing) :)
