Default Error Message?

Hi Smoo! I`m logging in fine and the new site is lovely! But I`m seeing a `Done, but with error on page` message to the bottom left of my screen. Is this anything to worry about? I used to get the same message when I visited a gerbil website I`m a member of, but that`s fine now. I don`t know if this is an internal or external problem?

Yes, the forum works fine for me too! Just thought I`d mention the error message incase it was causing problems. I don`t know why this `error` message is there however as it does`nt appear anywhere else?

Hello!

Thank you very much for letting me know about these bugs. Since I'm not seeing these messages myself, it's a bit tricky to track them down.

If you could let me know what browser you both are using, and what the URL is of the pages you are seeing the errors on, then hopefully that information will enable me to fix them. You can copy the URL right out of the location bar at the top of your browser window and paste it into your reply.

Thanks again for your feedback; it will help ensure that HC works good for the rest of us

Hi Smoo. Do you mean the blue bar at the very top of the screen? I`m not as technical as you so URL and such go over my head. I use Microsoft Internet Explorer if that`s any help?

Thanks for the information. It looks like you were both describing the same problem, and it should be taken care of now. I had something spelled wrong in the code

It`s GONE!!! Thanks babyboos & Smoo. If I ever see an error message again I`ll know who to report it to! It only ever happened once to me on the peter maas gerbil website (I have four gorgeous gerbils too!) but the problem was fixed at their end. So Thankyou. x
