Awesome! You're getting lots of help from someone who obviously knows what to do and they'll have a great life on his farm

The ducklings will have fun while you care for them till then!
Plus you can still see them afterwards

Re: I found 2 ducklings
Ben cant wait to take them, its not a working farm, its barns converted into holiday apartments, so the upside is they have kids all the time who play with the animals so they wont be neglected. When it starts to get dark he also rounds all the animals up and puts them in warm stables full of straw and lets them out again when the sun starts to rise so they are safe from foxes and any onther potential hazard.
This will be my 4th day with them now, and not sure I will be able to give them up when the time comes to it, but I know they will be very happy where they are going.
Also the street they were found on, someone who helped me catch the ducklings found out that they were incubated and they were smaller than all the other ducks so she just let them go. So they werent as far as I know 'wild' ducks. The only thing I dont know is what breed they are. They could be 'call' ducks but have been told they are worth alot so not sure if they could be just plain mallards. BUt the past owner doesnt want them back.

Re: I found 2 ducklings
Just to let everyone see this is the farm.
Sorry for the HUGE link, but its on google maps. Its not actually the rugby club which it says it is, its the farm up slightly on the left with the long road before it. The pond is that round thing with the trees in the middle and the stables are where that blue car is parked. But there is an estuary at the bottom of the longish lane out of the farm, so I dont think there can be anywhere better for them to go really.

Oh wow, that looks fantastic! I wanna go too! I can't believe that someone would just let those babies go to fend for themselves, I think she should be reported
