spam and forum updates

Hi everyone,

I just updated the forum software (PHPBB) to its latest version (2.0.22). I updated my usual post about the changes I've made to reflect this.

I'm hoping that the PHPBB folks threw something in there that helps with spammers. In any case, I'm going to research the situation and find out what can be done.

Please bear with Smoo and rest assured that he will find a way to keep Hamster Central free from naughty spammer types!

Let me know if any bugs appear due to the upgrade. Everything went SMOOthly (haha!) though, so I think all will be well.
