I'm adopting a four month old robo from a hamster rescue - he's coming in about a week's time. Meanwhile getting organised
Quite exciting - it'll be nice to have a robo again and have two hamsters again. They have minimum cage size requirements and bedding depth of 6" and said the Plaza would be good for him as he's already in a 1cm bar cage and not a climber. So I've started setting it up with 4" cardboard round the inside to reduce the height. Ie deeper bedding to reduce the height. The Plaza has 9.5mm bar spacing so should be ok. I'd prefer 7mm but he's not exactly a tiny baby. It's Moo's old plaza cage and has a nice shelf that was made to fit it.
