I'm sorry that i can't comment on your hamster's behaviour because i haven't seen the twitching before.

They do sleep in odd places sometimes and one of mine nods off sitting on a bridge sometimes after running around like crazy. It's almost like she's exhausted herself and just crashes out wherever she happens to be sitting.

Your hamster doesn't look unusually light unless she's a very furry fluffball but you know better since you weigh her regularly.

The thing with the poops is normal. They often pick up the poops and chuck them out as well.

What are you using in her potty? I have read that the granule potty litter can be harmful if ingested but have never used it myself because i use sand.
