Poor little hamster, a cat should never be allowed in the same room.

I'd phone the vet even if she can't be seen they could at least prescribe some pain relief.

I don't know the treatment you've applied but i'd make sure that it is not harmful if ingested because your hamster is likely to clean and lick her injuries.
