Maybe you should rethink your set up and replace a number of small cages with one large cage with a large wheel, a large bottomless house, deep substrate and no tubes at all?
By large cage i mean in the region of 80cmx50cm. It would resolve all tube related issues, save on cleaning and have everything she needs like the aforementioned essentials plus hides, toys etc in one space.
Just a thought.
