I would strongly recommend avoiding them. I know people use them here and sometimes even recommend them, but they're very low quality in terms of ingredients - lots of vague things and that's really not good at all for any pet including hamsters.
If you have access to Rosewood products, they do have a great chew option of dandelion and nettle roots. Dandelion root in particular to my knowledge often gets received better than wood chews, which aren't really all that popular among hamsters anyways.
