Hamster Central - View Single Post - Are hamsters able to eat cooked, mashed potatoes?

I got another hamster earlier this month. I have been giving him treats, etc. Earlier I saw a video of a girls syrian hamster eating baked, mashed potatoes. And her hamster seemed to be enjoying it too. I'm just wondering if I would be able to give my hamsters this as a treat occasionally?
