This morning, before leaving for work, i decided to eat my breakfast in the hamster room because Edwina wanted out of cage time.
I sat on the floor with my plate of scrambled eggs on toast on my lap and was just about to tuck in with Edwina running around me excitedly, meerkating and whiskers working overtime.
Then she tried to climb up my trousers but was too short so run to my feet and pulled herself up on my ankle, raced up my leg and attempted to climb onto my plate which i lifted up. She was really hopping about then so i gave her a bit of egg but couldn't put my plate back down on my lap to eat my breakfast because little madam was sitting there eating hers.
One of us ended up eating cold scrambled egg and guess who.....
