Default Dwarf hamster climbing

Hello,
I have a dwarf hybrid hamster, Artemis, who is nearly 2 months old and I have had her for just over 2 weeks. She was extremely stressed to begin with and has taken a while to get used to her surroundings, I actually have posted about that side of things before and got some really good advice.
She generally is so much calmer and seems much happier.

One thing I have noticed is that sometimes, particularly in the evening, she will come to the corner of her cage and climb up the bars on the side. When she gets to the top she does not climb across the top and she does not chew on the bars.
When she first started doing it I got the impression she was trying to get me to go away but now she seems calm and actually kind of happy when she does it and she doesn't fall, she manages to awkwardly climb down again.
When I open one of the doors on the side after she does this she will climb onto my hand eagerly even though she is not really tame yet and will gently nip me and not take the food on my hand.

Is this a sign of stress? Is this a sign she may be bored? Or want to come out?

Her cages is 840 square inches so well above the minimum, and she has space to burrow which I have seen that she is actually starting to do.

The first hamster I owned was very stressed when I had her and I didn't recognise the signs so any advice on what this behaviour means I will really appreciate!
