Thank you Nancy! I tried it and it said it needed resizing to 460 x 60. Resized it and tried to upload it again and it said it had to be less than 20kb and currently 26kb. If I resize it down to 20kb it comes up same size as before.
I think the existing design may be the issue. To get a bigger signature I need less in the design I guess.
