PS express doesn’t do much at all - you can change the look of the photo mainly - increasing contrast and adding filters etc. I did try saving it in the smallest possible file size but it just came out small again like above! I had a few goes yesterday at reducing file size/compressing but just end up with same size as above. The photos head already been resized before making the signature. Bit of a faff!
