The fat percentage in the Rodipet food is fine but you would have to be careful not to feed too much in the way of extras that are high in fat if you use that diet.
It does look as though they aren't showing the GA for the organic food mixes for some reason but the other mixes all show it & it should be pretty much if not exactly the same.
I wouldn't feed the dwarf mixes to a Syrian ham, they do need different diets & Syrians don't seem to be so keen on the tiny seeds that dwarf hams love.
