You an increase the fibre a little by giving some fresh veg each day, mealworms are a good source of protein but also high in fat but an extra one or two a day is fine & they also contain some fibre.
Dried chicken is good, I also give mine fresh plain tofu which they love.

The Bunny dream food is quite good but you might also consider getting food from Rodipet, delivery costs aren't that different to zooplus & the quality of the food is better.
