Hi, I’ve had my hamster Oreo for 4 months now and he’s been great with handling i have him with my boyfriend but we live in seperate houses so he spends most of the time at his house and some of the time at my house but stays in the same cage. For the past few days he’s been trying to bite me when I try get him out the cage I have managed to get him out without him biting me but today I just thought I’ll try and if he bite me he bites me, so I put my hand out flat for him to climb onto and he started to bite me, he locked his teeth into my finger and started to drag my hand into his cage. Does anyone know why this is happening all of a sudden I thought maybe he likes the smell of my soap ? Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks
