Hi and welcome to HC!

My 230g Syrian happily lives in the Alaska cage from Zooplus which is an inexpensive and good cage.

He has the Ferplast guinea pig house (hamster size is way too small) which only costs around a tenner.

Syrians need a big wheel of around 11in so they can run comfortably with a straight back.

I would be careful with tubes. They are ok if a hamster uses them to run through them but become a problem should they decide to nest, sleep, pee and hoard in them. Lack of ventilation and condensation can cause health issues.

I wished i would have known all that when i got my hamster a year ago and before i bought a too small cage, various too small wheels and a too small house. Got it right in the end thanks to the helpful people on this forum.
