Sorry to jump in on this thread but I'm unsure of how to start a new one. 😅
I have an Ikea Detolf enclosure and I made a lid for it but I'm afraid the hamster will just push up against it and climb out as it's not very heavy.

Does anyone else with a detolf have the same problem, and any idea how to fix? Or will the hamster not even try to climb out or be able to? I plan on having one section with very high bedding for burrowing.
