Smile DIY Bending bridge

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I and my dad made a small bending bridge for my hamster Oscar, and since it was a pretty simple project, I would like to share it with everyone here, since some of you might find it useful.

Materials Needed
  1. Twigs (for a pretty small bridge we used around 25)
  2. A small electrical drill
  3. less than a meter of thick wire

DIY process
We gathered 25 twigs from the nearby mountain, cut them in small pieces and removed any rotten wooden skin (in case you don't live near a forest, try a park or something similar. I am not sure if you can buy twigs from any store). We then aligned all the twigs together and marked the place where we would drill the holes (1 in each side of each twig, very distant from one another). We folded the wire on one end to create a stop for the twigs and then drilled a hole in each twig's marked location. After that, we got the wire through the holes in every twig, squeezed tight and secured it from the other side with another loop in the wire.

The result looks like this

I am aware this is actually a pretty simple DIY, but it might help some of you out there that are unable to find a bending bridge in your local pet shop (which is actually the case for me).
