It could be just that he's been scent marking a lot, worth keeping an eye on though just to make sure there's nothing wrong there, hard to say maybe if it's not your own ham but if he seems fine in himself otherwise probably nothing wrong.
They can get wet red patches underneath if they sleep on pee too so maybe something to check on.
