I'm sorry if this is not in the right place.... But here goes. A friend of mine (she is not on the forum) showed me that her russian dwarf has lits of gland discharge as shown in the pic. I don't have that much experience but i find that it is a lot. More than what my hamsters have.
I would also like to point out that 2 days ago she changed the bedding from scented pine shavings to paper. Could this be the cause? Is the hamster over scenting his stuff? The hamster also doesn't have access to a sand bath.
