You could put a plastic corner toilet in the spot where he pees with sand or substrate in it. Put a little peed on substrate in it too. Makes cleaning easier when they pee in a toilet but you'll have to replace the house with another if its wet and smelly. Once/if he pees in the toilet it will keep the house dry and make spot cleaning easy.
