I wouldn't leave her in the nest while you clean, it can really stress them out to have you doing stuff in the cage while they're in there, I find a carrier is usually the best thing to put them in, it shouldn't take you long to do a bit of spot cleaning so a carrier with some substrate in, maybe scatter a few seeds or something tasty in there too, should be fine.
I find a tube with the end blocked off or a small cardboard box with a treat in usually works for getting them out, they seem to find it hard to resist going in for an explore!
