I use these, but dwarfs only. For the last year.
I did try them for syrian playpen but she didn't like the lack of space, very narrow.
The box tapperes at the botton to top, getting wider.

6 inches of bedding fits well, could fit more.

Both of my dwarfs are happy and show no signs of stress, excess running, chewing ect.
They do get time outside of home daily.

Living in the UK it can be hard to find large boxes.
We've just moved her downstairs where its warmer, so took some bedding out (was heavy to carry) temporary place to put her home.
