I understand everything in moderation (if it's safe in the first place ofc) as a comparison legumes (up to) 75mg,
Parsley 100mg, spinach 800mg. The leaves hold more than the rest of the plant which is understandable. Thanks for pointing that out though. But like I said in my previous post, if it becomes obsessive and he's consuming an unhealthy amount I'll remove it. At the moment he doesn't seem too fussed about it but I supply him with a variety of foods so that maybe partly why
