Default Re: My Robo doesn't eat fresh food

Thank you for your messages. Yesteday after I posted he nibbled on a cucumber (like he knew i was gossiping about him )

Hamster care in my country is really bad. So bad that the mealworms were in the fish section, san was in the reptile section of course, all cages are about 20 cm below minimum requirements for USA (I MADE MINE), none of the bedding lists any ingredients, and i'm talking about big pet stores not the pet section in a supermarket.

I've been afraid to get the dog chew because apparently listing ingredients on pet related stuff is not mandatory where i live and i don't know what is in them. Even if i live in the EU there is a double standard even for human stuff...I mean big companies will make lesser products for my country listing the same ingredients as the ones in France (for example). My gouvernment is trying to do something about it. So you can see that pet care is at the bottom of our worries. I try to give my Robo the best care i can of course.

I also gave him a mineral block. This came free with one of my orders. I only gave it to him because he was starting to chew the clay pot that contains his sand, and only because of a video that stated that it's not the best, but not the worst either. Here is the video

The treats that i give him are: https://www.maxi-pet.ro/versele-laga...0g.aspxhttp://

About hoarding, around hist nest i didn't find any food, i've cleanex about 3 times since i got him, and in the wood shaving area of the cage he doesn't burrow....i would notice a hole in the ground if he made one.

Thank you all for your patience, here is a video of my hamster. It's easies to film him rather than photograph him.
