Yes, it has a bar to secure the door with but it is a high cage and more suitable for a Syrian. Mine lives in one. I think a lower cage like the Ferplast Duna Multy Serendipity suggested would be better for a dwarf.

My Robo lives in a fish tank which has the advantage of being able to add really deep substrate but you would have to make a meshed lid which involves some serious DIY.
