Giant snails are very communal. They will sleep in groups and often follow each other around a habitat. unfortunately many people don't realise and they either keep adults in too small a tank or keep them alone and just shove a piece of cucumber in twice a week. No enrichment. Not a varied enough diet. We're it a vertebrate it would be considered cruelty.

Marge is an escape artist. Now that she's big enough she can lift the lid off her tank if I forget to put something heavy on top. This means that I sometimes have to explain why I am late to places with a 'sorry, I had to pull my pet snail off the ceiling'. It gets me some quizzical looks. Lol
