They do vary in personality and habits so much
It sounds like Henry is definitely a morning person/hamster! On the other hand they can be very active at dusk and dawn and overnight they can want a lot of exercise which is why a good sized cage is important because they can't get out at night (unless they escape). I used to find similar with our last Hamster Charlie. He never ever wanted to come out voluntarily. Unless you came down in the middle of the night and he'd be sitting there wanting to come out.
Neither of our Syrians have been morning/breakfast Hamsters but I know some people give them a bit of breakfast because they're awake
Not sure what time you go to bed but I've generally found they start getting active after 10pm or 11pm. Although sometimes if they're feeling antisocial they will wait till you've turned the lights out.
