it does seem like you have good ventilation in there, as well as no use of harsh chemicals or smells, but it still seems a bit iffy to me. when i was dealing with a noisy wheel i first moved him to my bathroom before moving him permanently to a laundry/storage room sort of thing instead because i was given information about issues with the humidity, smells,etc. then again, it was a basement bathroom and had no window or anything like that and i had scented soaps and such.

hopefully someone with a bit more experience/knowledge will be able to help out!
