Any blood coming from the rear is is a medical emergency - you really need to have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. Can you see which vent it is coming from? If it is the anus then it could be a bowel prolapse which needs immediate attention or if it it further forward it could indicate a bladder infection or in a female a womb infection. I hope you can have her seen very soon.
