Is she eating fine? There may be another reason why her tooth keeps growing, but I would be thinking something along the line of if she's not eating/chewing as she should, is that why it keeps growing, so is there an underlying problem with her mouth/jaw area that could be causing it? I'm just throwing these ideas out there, e.g. is she in pain because of an abscess that has been missed or something like that and so therefore she isn't using her teeth like she should be and then it is constantly growing. Your post just made me wonder if something else was going on that has been missed.
