Would you be able to trim it with toe nail clippers? The ones you can buy from a podiatrist.

I really don't know but am trying to think what i would do because you obviously need to do something.

Maybe she's not interested in chewing because its uncomfortable. You could give her a variety of chews once the tooth has been trimmed. Most hamsters like a whimzee dog chew. Nuts and seeds in their shell are good too.
