There are two cages in the US you can buy online that would in theory be suitable for dwarf species(not Syrians as they're still small for Syrians).

I wouldn't use plastic tubes in a cage setup because of all the potential serious health issues they can bring. It doesn't matter how big the tubes are or if there are a few holes in them, they're all still plastic and the universal problem with plastic is that it does not breathe at all and traps moisture because of this(yes, even with holes).
