Have a look at the thread " let's see your cages" on the Forum under Housing and you will soon realize that a Critter Trail cage is not suitable for any hamster.
I believe the minimum recommended cage size for a dwarf is 70cm x 40cm.
Tubes, hamster balls etc, opinions will differ, some people use them and some don't. I don't because i find tubes unhygienic and they lack ventilation, same applies to the balls.
