I wouldn’t bother with it. Better just to give a bit of fresh veg
. Other healthy treats/snacks are sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, half a walnut, pecan or Brazil nut. The occasional blueberry or piece of apple or banana (for Syrians - not fruit for Russian dwarfs).
