I think if you'd like her to have more fibre you could do what humans are suggested to do, which is more whole grains mostly. Whole wheat bread is a nice treat, or cooked whole grain pasta, brown rice etc.

A hamster diet is usually pretty heavy in grains anyway tho so I think you'd need to have some idea of the basic fibre % she's getting to begin with to see if you even need to worry about it.
