I know that ripping the roofs of your hamster's house while they're sleeping is mean and all that, but I have a glass jar in my hamsters cage covered in bedding and I was wondering if I can remove the bedding on top of it to look at her while she's in there without being mean as stated earlier? Is doing so the equivalent of removing her roof thus making her feel unsafe?
