Thanks for the welcome and replies to me 1st post. I'd like to know if anyone else allows their hamsters to come and go from their cages whenever they choose? When I found out just how far these little creatures can run every evening/morning I couldn't bear to keep my Syrian locked up at all. She is free to roam in my home and although this has caused some problems for myself I make sure everywhere is hazard free and she is a very healthy and I believe a happier hamster.
