I didn't know about the "unbroken continuos floor space thing". So if I have a lot of wood castles and stutf like in the other setup I should subtract that space from the total area?
I was new to having hamsters, I thought I could have 2 dwarfs inside that big cage. Then I was told I couldn't and to make it even worse, they were wrongly sexed and I have a boy and girl..
I dont have space for another big cage like that one. And since the dwarf there barely runs around and just moves between his nest, wheel and food bowl, I feels like it's too much for him.
I could drill another hole and give him another 30x30 but it won't be unbroken space.. I mean.. He just has to go through the little "door" which he does nicely. Or I could put him in the old cage.
Thanks for the feedback again
