There wasn’t much for small animals in Thailand either and now I’m in Saudi and there is nothing here. You’re best bet is to buy through Amazon or a local online shop that ships your way if you have the funds to do so. If not, like Serendipity suggested do DIY projects and go and look on YouTube and the internet on how to make DIY versions of things. I feel your pain - not much in the petshops!
I also found that the wheels were far too small...I had to order online.
