Hamster Central - View Single Post - Dwarf Hamster Breeders in Southern California?

Hi everyone, I have been searching for hamster breeders that breed dwarf hamsters in Southern California, but have had no luck. I am particularly interested in Roborovski dwarfs, or Campbell's dwarfs, but would be okay with any small dwarf hamsters. But I've had zero luck finding anything other than Syrian breeders anywhere in southern California! In particular I'm located in Orange County, but am happy to drive up to 2-3 hours out in any direction, so San Diego or north of Los Angeles would also be fine, as well as east of me.

I just lost my robo pair which I got from Petsmart, but I don't want to go to a pet shop again for ethical reasons as well as wanting to know the age of my pups and I want them very young. Would anyone here have any suggestions? I don't want to pay $200 to ship them, so I'm really hoping I can get help finding breeders within driving distance.
