Hamster Central - View Single Post - How do I get my hamster to run on his wheel?

Hi,

My hamster doesn't run on his wheel and I am concerned that he is getting overweight. Also, he chews the bars on his cage at night.

Does anybody have any ideas/advice on how train him to use the wheel and why he chews the bars?
