She really is a beautiful girl ham Rads. The lump is likely the scent gland. It is not just males who have the hip scent glands and females have them too though they are often less prominent. She probably has one on the other side too. It could also be a healed old wound - maybe a little tiff when she was younger? Keep an eye on it though and just much sure it doesn't get larger or she starts biting at it or anything.
