Rodipet ships to Sweden. Getzoo does too as does zooplus I’m pretty sure. So there are plenty of options. You cannot purely look at the fat and protein % there is much more to that in a hamster food, you need to look at the variety and how natural they are as well as the full ingredients list. Like I said any kind of pellets are not ideal and they won’t be adding anything beneficial to the food. You are better off investing in one good mix ie the ones I listed, rather than combining the pellets/HH/this new seed mix as the pellets and Harry hamster just aren’t ideal.

The old hamster doesn’t need as much protein and too much can do more harm than good. I’d probably give mealworms every few days or something but it depends on the protein level in the food mix.
