Please see a vet immediately. This looks very serious and your hamster may be in pain and need given rest.
I hope you can attend to this urgently and your little one can be given the help it needs.
The best course of action if anything at all appears not right with your hamster is to see a vet right away and this is a very sick little hammy sadly.
