I don’t like the vast majority of hamster “toys” they are often unnatural and not what hamsters generally enjoy. My favourite is probably cork - cork tunnels and cork pieces. Also grapevine pieces and both can probably be found in the bird and reptile sections.
For actual hamster toys try and stick to natural items eg wood. It provides a lot more enrichment than plastic and is much safer providing you don’t get ones with nails in. Can’t go wrong with more bendy bridges either if you’re looking to fill the cage. A sand bath if you haven’t already and as deep bedding as you can get.
