He is gorgeous and looks happy and alert
I am not up on dwarf hamster colourings, but as mentioned before he is most likely a hybrid of a Winter White Russian Dwarf and a Campbells Russian Dwarf. A hybrid can look like either of them but still be a hybrid with genes from both species. As M&M said their diet is important as some can be prone to diabetes so a sugar free diet would be good
His set up looks very nice.
