You can mix two mixes. In fact it's a good idea to do that anyway at first, to introduce the new mix gradually, so their stomachs adjust. I don't bother with insects personally. The Bunny mix has mealworms in and there are other ways of supplementing protein. Getting some science selective as well could be good.
